Isabel English

Isabel English is a young Australian event rider who is currently based at Coneycroft Farm in Surrey with Kevin and Emma McNab. Isabel (more commonly known as Bella) grew up in South East Queensland with her parents who run Cil Dara Stud, a small breeding stud with around 35 horses. Bella's first pony Candy showed her the ropes and got her totally hooked on eventing. Mouse came a little later in life and has had the biggest impact on her career so far. After conquering all she could on the Australian circuit( including winning the 2014 Australian Young Rider Championships and three top ten placings at Adelaide 5* in 2014 (at 18 years of age), 2015 & 2016), Bella moved to Germany in 2016. With Mouse in tow, she based herself with double olympic champion Micheal Jung for the next two years. It was a steep learning curve in more ways than one but an invaluable experience. At the end of 2018 Bella moved to the epicentre of eventing- England. She is currently developing her skill set with the help of Kevin and Emma whilst also starting to grow her own business and is excited for what the future holds.
