1Pre-season Equine MOT Clinic - 9th February
This clinic is an opportunity to combine my expertise as an equine vet with a special interest in performance, a BHSI coach and a professional rider to create a truly holistic assessment of a horses physical wellbeing and level of training and follow this up with a unique plan to allow the horse to develop to it's best.
The clinic is a 1 hour, one on one session comprised of a discussion of you and your horses aims and current areas of weakness. A thorough physical exam followed by a trot up and flexion tests (as appropriate). Seeing the horse moving on the lunge. Additionally there is the option of assessing the horses way of going briefly under saddle.
The clinic will be followed up with an emailed bespoke plan for improving your horses specific strength and way of going. As well as this you will receive a drawn template of your horse showing where they are now physically which can be used as a baseline to refer back to as the horse's body changes and develops throughout the year.
