About Us

Hugo was bought as an unbroken rising 3 year old and has been produced through the levels to grade A. 

Hugo started his career in the national age classes, picking up many wins and placings. He also competed at the Royal Highland  show as a four and five year old. He has qualified and competed at the National Amateur Championships and the BS National Championships on many occasions, finishing 7th in the Member Cup Final & 11th in the National 1.30 open championship in 2021.  

Hugo regularly competes both locally and around the country on the premier show circuit and also at many county grass shows across the summer season.

After a very busy winter, I have finally had time to sit down and do some updates on the website. 
Despite a VERY long and wet winter we've been super busy and had some lovely horses to work with! 
At the end of 2023, we were lucky enough to attend the National Amateur Championships with my top horse Hugo RS. We had a fantastic show finishing with winning the 1.15 Championship! 

My own competition horses then went on their holidays and we've had some lovely horses to compete over the winter which his definitely helped me keep me eye in ready for spring. We've also been kept very busy with lots of lovely breaking and schooling liveries. 

As we finally head in to spring, we have a lovely string of horses to compete both of our own and for their owners. We're regulary competing right from novice up to 1.30 level. Keep an eye on our social media pages for competition and livery updates!

*Website Update*

What a fantastic couple of weeks the girls have had competing for Bishop Burton NSEA team!

I am lucky enough to coach the lovely group of girls from Bishop Burton College. We train every Monday evening with the girls regularly competing to pick up their qualifications!

Firstly the girls headed to Northallerton Equestrian Centre (braving the freezing cold!) to win both their showjumping qualifiers and pick up their first tickets to Hickstead & Royal International at both 90cm and 1m. 

The following week the same team headed to Epworth Equestrian Centre to gain their arena eventing qualifications again in both 90cm and 1m with 2 team wins and an individual win! 
As well as this the Bishop Burton girls gained another Hickstead qualification with an individual win in the 80cm qualifier! 

I couldn’t be happier for all the girls! Their hard work and commitment to both training and competitions has definitely payed off and they’ve got an exciting few months ahead!
