About CP Livery & Freelance

Claire grew up in an equestrian and farming family in East Yorkshire. Through her experience of working with a wide range of horses, from backing and breaking to hunting and competing, she has developed a confident yet quiet approach to producing horses and ponies for all disciplines. 

Claire still hunts and competes regularly on both her own horses and those of customers, and has the support of her family who also work in the horse industry.

Freelance Riding

All yard duties, turning out and bringing in, feeding, trimming up, plaiting, clipping etc.

Freelance (General)

Taking horses for schooling livery including flatwork and jumping/polework. Ideal for horses who need to further their education or to iron out any issues you may be having. Attending regular arena hires and XC schooling sessions to give horses a varied education and experience different venues. Horses can also be taken to bring back into work after time off to build fitness and develop flatwork/jumping etc. Service tailored to individual needs.
£130 per week (includes all day o 

Schooling Livery

Horses and ponies taken to sell. Schooling, arena hire, local competitions etc. to ensure that horses are ready to be seen by customers. Horses will then be advertised on your behalf on various online sales sites and through word of mouth. 
£150 per week (includes all day to day care, feeds etc.). 

Sales Livery 

A top class breaking service developed through many years of experience backing and breaking youngsters. All horses are treated as individuals with temperament, maturity and career all taken into account. Varied workload in a quiet, safe environment. Please get in touch to discuss individual needs.
